Guild Wars 2

Sorry if I’m posting this in the wrong forum! Feel free to move it to the right one if it’s in the wrong place...Anyway…

I know there is no way to do this currently (as far as I know..), but it would be really awesome if there was a way to break down vision crystals into lesser vision crystals. I’m a very casual player and as much as I love the game, I just don’t time to sit around farming dragonite ore from world bosses. I can’t be the only one who has made the mistake of crafting a vision crystal when all that was needed was lesser vision crystals. I mean, that’s 500 dragonite ore vs 200 dragonite ore! Yikes! I know that I could use the vision crystals for a weapon or different pieces of armor of another type, but I really wanted to get the rest of my ascended gear rather than blowing them on weapons.

Being that there are ways to convert a piece of ascended gear’s stats by throwing it in the mystic forge, maybe tossing a vision crystal in the mystic forge with some tacos or kittens or something could break it down into two lessers and some dragonite ore? Just a thought…

Dirge is a PvEvP guild. We enjoy all aspects of the game. Lately, we have been leaning more towards WvW skirmishes in our free time since we are low on active members, but with more members we are hoping to jump into dungeons more often. Our guild is 5+ in nearly all areas and still leveling!

Most of our guild members have played MMOs for 10+ years, starting with WoW, then moving to Warhammer, to Aion, SWTOR, and now GW2. We are a mature guild and we all have full time jobs, so if you can’t game 24/7, we completely understand. We typically game in the evenings during the week and well into the morning during weekends. With that being said, we all work very well together and we’re all about the fight and the fun!
