I have an old WvW exotic light chest piece out of which I would like to salvage the rune.

On another post regarding invader’s weapons and karma armor it was mentioned that a possible solution is to use a transmutation stone and a blue weapon in the mystic forge, but I believe that does not apply anymore.

Another article mentions the use of an upgrade extractor (200 to 250 gems), but the price of the extractor seems rather unreasonable for a rune. I believe it makes more sense to use a extractor for agony infusions of level +10 and above.

Is there any particular technique I can use to extract runes from WvW armor pieces ?

At least it is a politer message than
“Since your face is funny and looks like a little raisin you cannot use this object at this time”…

The issue has now extended to a fourth member of our guild:

• Frostedblaze.9017

The other 3 are still missing:

• Nerion.4960
• Antimony.8621
• FuzzyLuma.2715

All other members show up normally in the leaderboards.

Does anyone could give me some idea on what could be wrong with those player accounts ?

We discovered another oddity with the guild leaderboards. Member LucidDreamer.7368 shows with 1068 achievement points (last update time April 5th 2013).

However the in-game guild roster shows that player LucidDreamer.7368 has 1070 achievement points.

Is this some kind of punishment the leaderboards inflict on inactive players, sloooowly chipping away at the accumulated achievement points ?

When I access the gw2 achievement leaderboards with my guild filter (Wardens of the Earth) I can see all the members of the guild except 3:

• Nerion.4960
• Antimony.8621
• FuzzyLuma.2715

The URL I use for the North America data is:

The members are not present in neither leaderboards.

I opened a ticket last week on the support website but they were unable to resolve the situation:

1) Tech Support mentioned world transfers and that maybe the leaderboards would catch up Saturday 00:00 UTC (which was Saturday June 29th) but the 3 missing members did not appear.

2) Tech Support mentioned some interaction with the PvP leaderboards but since most of our members are not doing PvP I would expect the issue to be affecting far more than the 3 members mentioned above.

3) Tech Support finally mentioned long periods of inactivity, but if my records are correct Nerion.4960 accumulated 2 achievement points (from 1544 to 1546) between April 21st and May 5th, while FuzzyLuma.2715 accumulated 2 achievement points between June 23rd and June 30th (from 513 to 515).

Are there some settings or flags somewhere that need to be turned on in order to have

• Nerion.4960
• Antimony.8621
• FuzzyLuma.2715
  appear in the “Wardens Of The Earth” leaderboards ?
