Hotkey error since 29/10 patch

I have also my hotkeys to ctrl and mouse 3, 4, 5 on my engineer. My mouse 3 key is the healing skill and the ctrl+mouse 3 my utility 1 skill (flame thrower kit). When i use the utility skill also uses my healing skill
Fix it i cannot play!!! ty
