Hello, occasionaly when i play and try to change zone i get this error 21:5:11:2866:101, anyone got it too??
I’m also affected with the black screen issue and maybe this is related to it…..
Any help??

I have the same problem, i’m trying to get help form ArenaNet support, they told me to reinstall game, reinstall graphic drivers, clean the PC from dust, open ports on router, update drivers of all internet cards on my PC(all this with premade emails) but nothing changed… now they dont reply to my email anymore….i think they still dunno how to fix this problem….

Hi guys, i’ve recently restarted playing the game since 6 monts and i’ve a problem: when i’m playing the screen turns black, i still can ear the music and see the mouse cursor, but nothing more.
I’ve searced on the web for a solution and i’ve found something that involve turning on security settings on my router and i’m not so sure i want to do it before asking here in the official forum.
I’m on Windows 10, i’ve the 64bit client and i’ve of course updated all my drivers.
Anyone with the same problem?? Any solution??
Help me please this problem sux alot, i cannot play for more that 5 – 10 minutes
