Hello Anet!

I got this bug that causes ingame textures for characters/armors look really blurry, with zero details… Actually it looks like the full texture assets aren’t even loading at all.

race: all
sexes: all
map: any
armor set/skin: any
graphics card: ati radeon 5870

textures continue stay like this despite graphic settings. I have tried to delete local.dat and the game itself but it won’t be fixed.

Going to try all this with time excluding re-installing windows just yet though I probably have to do it anyways as the system tends to corrupt over time. Will post back /w the results
Another interesting thing to notice is that when I run -diag command, tracing network paths never finishes.

BTW I already have re-installed the game once.

graphics card would be ati radeon 5870 and drivers should be up to date. This bug pretty much appeared randomly few months ago and I’ve been stuck with it since.

Solid advice Ownus. I was sure this would work, but sadly it didn’t. I deleted local.dat and thereafter tried commands -repair -image as shown at http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Command_line_arguments
I got an delicate eye for esthetic and graphical side in gaming, so kinda sad this is so hard to fix

Any help on this one?

I deleted some mail before, turned out it wasn’t enough so thanks for reminding me, got them now. But why does the mailbox even have to get full? Is there a purpose for it? like wtf

I have had weird problems with trading post gem store. It was functioning properly before, but now two of my attempts to buy Karma Booster has failed; I never received a mail containing it. Because high price of currency exchange I have now lost nearly 2 gold coins for nothing at all.
Any help?
