Get in line like the rest of us. Make sure you update your support ticket after they send you the automated reply or your ticket will get canned.
A bunch of us have been locked out of our accounts for NO reason.

Oh boy! I came home after a busy afternoon looking forward to an evening of unwinding and destressing. Instead my account is locked, the only support rep I can get is a robot, and the estimated time to get this issue fixed is five days.
Do you think I’m some kind of sweatshop gold farmer? This is insulting.
