A critical success in crafting can either grant an experience bonus or refund some of the materials used but does not add to the value or stats of the item crafted.

Q: Does this involve crafting exotics and such? If you get a crafting critical success on them will it refund like some of the lodestone’s and such?

Just a quick point, atm it costs about 2 silver per T5 mat and apparently the odds of a Precursor are 0.3 on 4 rares….

So thats 35 odd silver per crafted rare, at four rares per flush with a 0.3% chance it works out at 466G average for getting a precursor.

This is just horrible math. You didn’t even took the mystic forge output into effect. Once you fail at crafting the first you only need 3 new once’s and the old one given back from the forge. Cutting down loses with 25% (- the exotics you get of course in between which you want to sell). I started working on my legendary. I think this will go quite fast although i see my chances of getting a pre-curser…..very low.

yeah the TP usability i find personally horrible!. There is so much more room for good improvements. To add to your list:

1) When you go to: items i am buying —> than go to the actual item —> Color link your order.
2) Make a button to go back to your buy tab
3) Make a repost button. (buy the same item again for the same price)

So i just spend 300 marks from COF on the wrong axe, dumb me, i know. But why this game doesn’t have a buyback system allowing people to sell the purchased item back to the vendor for like let’s say 10 minutes?

I am sure i am not the only person making this mistake. From my memory a lot of other games have this feature, why not use it?

Just salvaged 2 parts and got 2 payed tournament tokens. Confirmed.

Since tournaments got free to play you no longer get the payed tournament tokens. But how do i now craft my “former” payed tournament armor in the mystic forge?

I have searched the internet all over for this and was not able to find an answer for it.
Q: Can Exotics that need to be crafted like Foefire’s essence and Volcanus also be found in the mystic forge from combining 4 rare’s (75+) or 4 exotics (71+).

Would be great of some-one could confirm this. Greetings.

When i am running around in Spvp and i active [frenzy], down the enemy and want to finish them, my warrior casts the finisher 50% faster, but….doesn’t work 1 out of the 2 times. It just bugs out, nothing happens. It mostly happens when i use the finisher skill perfectly after the kill (like 0,1 seconds after they are downed). Still shouldn’t happen.

Spvp bug: When frenzy is activated and you try to finish an enemy it won’t work. 1/2 times. You have to wait a good 1/2 seconds after the enemy is down to cast the finisher.

My experrience, i was in HEART OF THE MISTS. after leaving a Spvp i noticed Tixx, i talked to him. Didn’t get anything altough i had enough bag space. (i couldn’t find the chest). Travelled to LA and noticed that the chest was open. (overflow). This made me travel back to HART OF THE MISTS, where i found the chest and was able to open it. I got the pvp chest but the pve chest = alreaddy opened. i can’t take that. Wich is totally unfair cause people are not aware of this. Heart of the mists TIXX gives 6 special finishers (for 30 mins)…so who cares. and a pvp back. PVE TIXX gives 200 cogs + 3 skins Back + a 15 slot bag. Why Tixx in LA gives a 15 slot bag and pvp Tixx not? I don’t even want the PvP one if that makes me miss out the PVE tixx back item / 15 slot bag.

Tsubaki, a friend of me told today about that also yeah. Good i heard it before i will get a arcane crystal / silver. Cause getting 2…. o boy. Will just keep on Salvaging than. Got most gear parts i can access, so can almost salvage everything.

I started PvP, since i am unlucky with tournament drops i want to craft some parts of them myself in the mystic forge but…. i need 1 Arcane crystal. I salvaged like 80 items and didn’t even got 1!!!! What is up with this?

Gw2 wiki says: uncommon pvp items have a higher chance to give a arcane crystal… what are uncommon pvp items? All exotic so….
