Just like the post says I’m looking to form a group of 10 people to progressively learn and take down each raid boss. I currently have 8 slots open.
I’m pretty lax as far as requirements go but there are a few specific things I look for.
1. No kittens.
2. Really, no kittens. I will just kick you from the group so don’t waste your time.
3. At least exotic equipment. Ideally working towards ascended but we can talk.
4. No experience required but. be willing to do some learning on your own. There are many guides and videos for each boss so you would expected to do at least a little research
5. Be flexible, willing to try a new class or play-style if it is what the group needs.
6. Be available. We will be raiding once a week at a time that fits everyone’s schedule (most likely in EST evenings,) and you will be expected to show up. kitten happens of course, but if you can’t commit 2 or 3 hours a week consistently this isn’t the group for you. If someone is consistently absent they will be kicked. Particularly when learning each boss.
As far as myself goes I main a Rev but have a few other classes I can play if the group needs. I do have Raiding experience but not with every boss. I’ve run with a few groups before but nothing that ever lasted for long either because of kittens or people not showing up, (hence some of my rules.) and I’d really like to consistently play raids without having to pug.
