The event gets stuck when Bria’s shadow fiends chase after the cubs. It seems to get stuck on the last cub. Either the cub doesn’t spawn or it doesn’t register getting captured. Regardless, the event is impossible to complete, which also means that progress in the season 2 living story is impossible as well.
