The third skill in the greatsword chain attack is listed as having less range than the first two strikes. The actual range does not appear to be different.
What this mostly means is that if you are attacking at max range, your chain will stop after two hits. If you press 1 again, You will take the third swing and hit, but your character won’t do it automatically.
