Thanks renegade, yes I have. Pretty much one every two weeks since launch as I didn’t want to overload them. Absolutely no response.

Anyone? This is driving me mad. It will only be a matter of time before my account goes screwy and I can’t retrieve it unless I can get this fixed.
It would be nice to get an official word on this please.

When I click the ‘send email’ button in the ‘Validate Your Email Address’ section of the launcher, I do not receive any emails.
This is a brand new email address that is being used as my game email and I can definitely confirm that no filters are in place and the emails are not being put into the junk folder or anywhere else. I have trawled all my email folders and the authentication emails are definitely not there.
I still receive the emails from the ‘Guild Wars Team’ though.
I can still play the game perfectly but i’d rather get rid of this issue if I can.
Any and all constructive help gratefully received please
