hi im still unable to get my friend back into his account his ticket was submitted on 8/29/2012 and has received responses from support but his issue is not fully resolved here is his ticket number 120829-012281

i sent in my ticket on 8/29/2012 and have gone back and forth with support. Problem is the response time on how long it takes to just receive an email back after i have provided information regarding the problem. So when will i be able to get back into my account.
