Guild Wars 2

A friend of mine, Allumno.4598, was offered GW2 for Christmas by his girlfriend, who bought it while it was on promotion in the GW2 store. He played a bit, then his account was blocked due to “possible unauthorized credit card activity” (Ticket # 121230-000407). The account is already unblocked, but the transaction was voided and he wanted to know if he needed to buy the game again, this time without the discount.

I’m posting on behalf of a friend, Allumno.4598, who also has an issue with his account, ticket Reference# 121230-000407. After playing for a little bit, his account got suspended, but no relevant information was given yet. Would appreciate if some help could be given.
