Guild Wars 2

I logged into guild wars 1 this evening. On teamspeak, a friend then told me that I was showing up in Guild Wars 2 as online, even though I didn’t have the game open. I logged out of gw1 and my friends said I was I was suddenly offline in gw2. Then logged back into gw1 and the second I hit character creation, I showed up as online in gw2.

Is this supposed to happen? I don’t really want people seeing me as online in gw2 when I’m not.

Would either like to report a bug or ease my worried mind. I logged in as invisible and was in Gendarran Fields. The guild screen shows that as my location with my name greyed out. So far so good.

I go to do part of my personal story for the Vigil, and suddenly on the guild screen my location says “Crusader’s Return,” which is the part of the personal story I’m on. My name is still greyed out.

Leave the instance, and I’m listed as at the Gendarran Fields location again. Name still greyed out. I thought perhaps it was only for personal story the location changed, so I went to Lornar’s Pass. And in my guild screen it listed that I was in Lornar’s Pass.

What is the point of logging in as invisible if guild members can see that I’m changing locations? I’m hoping that perhaps I’m the only one who sees the location changing? If not, a way to truly be invisible, where I don’t have to worry about someone noticing that I’ve changed zones would be much appreciated!
