Ticket # 1400470 i linked my acc it was ok but when i am trying to log in with my gw2 creditliness in gw1 dosen’t work and even if i make reset a pas nothing happens just that email was not found .
PS. Tried like 100 times to login with my old acc

good luck with this. I have the same issue, reported it to GW over a month and a half ago, and aside from the initial ticket response, i’ve received no updates…They just don’t care..

I too have this problem and you are right, they just don’t care, they have your money and that’s it. GW have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

I am trying to get my Hall of Monuments to work but I can’t log into GW1. The problem is when I was playing originally I was hacked and your reply was I should have had a better password, I was pretty furious at losing 800k plat and all my good weapons to get a response like that so I stopped playing and said goodbye to GW.

I have come back and bought GW2 and I now need to get into GW1 but code 45 comes up so I can’t get to my HoM as it can only be done from GW1, I’m not sure why you can’t do it for GW2 but there we go.

I put in a ticket 40 odd days ago and have had no reply, your support is looking as good as it was years ago! Can someone please help me get into my account or just make it so HoM works for me.

I can’t get into GW1 so I can do what I need to to get the hall of monuments working as of right now I can get none of the extras. Can someone help?
