Cool picture bro. I count nine DFC there, do you really want us to run headlong into another guild with that many?

Edit: For context, that picture was taken by someone killed by a blob on the way to Bay as AoA took it and DFC & XxX moved north. We were all operating on the west side of the map as Hills was t3 and sieged hard. You happened to take a screenshot of probably the one time in the evening that the three guilds were near each other and made a fancy graphic of it.

Also: I will not feel bad about blobbing deso, regardless of guild.

Thanks to EXG for an awesome GvG against DFC, giving us the full 9 rounds to get familiar with the new arena in OS. After getting kicked around for the first three rounds, we took a few minutes to compose ourselves and get back on our feet to take the next four rounds in a row. EXG evened it out in the next round, taking it to 4-4, and eventually tipped the balance in their favour with exceptional responsive play, winning 5-4.

When both guilds were in their stride, the fights were some of the best I’ve had, and this GvG was certainly the most dramatic I’ve ever been a part of. Thanks again to EXG, and best of luck in the future.

Digital Fury [DFC] is recruiting experienced WvW players who’re looking for a structured and organised WvW guild.

About DFC
We are a 30 man guild who transferred from Piken Square at the start of Season 1. We made the decision to leave as gold league play is not what we’re looking for, preferring the guild orientated focus many silver league servers seem to have. We chose Far Shiverpeaks as our destination as many of our members have history and friends on this server, combined with the low queue times (compared to PS) and recent influx of organised WvW guilds to cooperate with, who also made the decision to come to FSP.

Originally The Glory of War [GoW] on PS, when we transferred with a change in leadership, we made the decision to start afresh as DFC, with most of the core members of GoW at the time. We have since grown, and are looking to increase our raid size to an average of 25 per night.

What to Expect
- We run an average raid size of ~20 players per night, with a balanced composition.
- We are an experienced GvG guild, with about 25 GvGs in the past three months including friendly matches; looking to play at least one GvG per week. We are constantly improving our GvG team to stay competitive in the current meta.
- Raids are six nights per week, with practice scenarios in our sPvP arena when necessary.

What We Expect
- We have set builds, including traits, skills and armour requirements. Improvements and suggestions are welcome, and anything that can stand up to thorough testing will be incorporated into our composition.
- Whilst we do not expect every member to attend every raid, good attendance is necessary. We are looking to add to our core of highly experienced players, and you cannot be experienced raiding once per week. Three raids per week on average is the minimum we would expect, although exceptions can be made and are in place for some members already.

We are close to filling our ideal roster size, at which point recruitment will be by invitation only. We are currently looking in particular for necromancers and guardians, but any class would be considered. Being able to play more than one class competently would be a bonus, as, due to our small roster size, any vacancies can upset our class balance.
