HA! 72 hours..that is a joke! My husband has been waiting for a week now…that is way OVER 72 hours!!!!

Can we please get some kind of update..please? My husband has been hacked and locked out of the game sine Friday August 31st…with no information…can we at least get some details…the not knowing is horrible…limbo-land is horrible. PLEASE. Will he have access for this weekend?? He did not have it for last weekend

What is the estimated time for you to get thru the hacked/locked out accounts?? Will my husband be getting access to his account within the next five days? He has NOT had access since Friday morning and to say we are getting a littlekitten off would be an understatement. this is ridiculous!!!! Get your act together!!!

Hello

My husband has been locked out of his account since Friday (August 31st (corrected)) at about 10am EDT. We were hoping to be playing together but, that is not happening. can someone..anyone PLEASE unlock his account so we can start playing together?!?!?!

Submitted when hacking was a presumed possibilty as per Arenanet instructions for tickets older than the 31st:
120903-006916

Email authentication reported that it worked just prior to the first ticket though no account based mails have been received.

Please help!
