really Anet !! so disappointing ,, I really thought it was extra bag ,, as in slot to put a bag in it and we would have 20 shared slot !! ,, and i was willing to buy 2 .. but in this stupid case ,, no way :\ ,, we really didn’t expect such thing from u . u wouldnt lose anything buy making it 1 bag , or at least 5 slots in stead of 1 ,, and 700 gems what are u thinking ?! .. it’s not even worth 100 gems if it’s 1 slot .. really bad broken item ur offering here ,, plz fix it ,, we really cant believe ur doing this to us :\ .

Here’s an update for you:

It’s clear that quite a lot of you would like to have greater flexibility in using the Currency Exchange. Our intention when we designed the new interface was to streamline large volume purchases, which make up the majority of transactions.

In light of your feedback, we will update the Currency Exchange so that you can decide how you want to use it. We will keep the new streamlined system and also offer a new “Custom” button on the panel that you can use to exchange any increment of gems or gold.

We anticipate rolling this out soon. Stay tuned!
