I found a fix for this that worked for me. Go into your network adapter properties go to the ip4 and the dns setting. Change your primary to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary to 8.8.4.4. It worked for me then after you can change them back to auto once you get the game in. I messed with this install for 3 days! an this did it.
