If they remove queueing, a lot of people will start complaining about lag and imbalanced sides.
What do you have to say for them?
There are options to lower the graphics.
For some of our guild members it was also hard to run the game in WvW.
The where running the game on Win 32 and done a upgrade to Win 64.
Some where need to change the processor and motherboard.
None have problems now in WvW.
I Think we all know when you like to play a MMORPG that suport World vs World
or Realm vs Realm that you beter dont run the game whit a old PC.
There will be a time that we need upgrade our PC.
Even now the balance vs servers is not perfect.
Some servers have a beter team work vs other servers in WvW.
No matters the number of players in WvW.
Even in a open WvW the servers still need their home players to defend the server Orb.
Server 1 can lose easy their Orb to Server 3 when the focus full force on Server 2.
DAOC got also a 3 World vs World system , but a open World vs World with NO queuing.
And most of time the balance was also perfect.
There is a suggestion subforum you can use, General is so swamped in trolls and kids that most stuff posted here ends up closed or ignored for excessive flaming
Feel free to call this a troll post or not.
For us the Queuing system is not guild friendly.
And i still think its important when there is a guild friendly system.
A MMORPG need guilds… ones guilds start leaving , most members will follow.
And the TIPS are suggestions and not flamming.
On the moment we playing more then 10 years MMORPG with our guild.
We seen many good & bad things in the different MMORPG.
For Guild Wars II we agree that ArenaNet need remove the Queuing for WvW.
Guild Wars II need asap a (real) open World vs World.
It’s a nightmare as guild to group up with your guild members in WvW.
While some guild members have fun in WvW other guild members are Queuing.
Also because this Queuing its not posible to change server for WvW.
Change server for WvW will create a new split up for a guild.
All this Queuing split up our Guilds & Guild members will play together in WvW.
And on the moment you dont support this.
Some TIPS that can make the game beter in WvW.
————————————————————-
1 A option in the guild system that can mark a commander in the guild.
So guild members can follow her/him on the map.
Only guild members will see the commander icon on the map.
So server commanders still have their function.
2 The WvW system between different servers is great.
But the Colors red / green / blue on the armours/banners etc feels more
like a tournament then a MMORPG where there is a World vs World war.
It will be great when the guilds have the option to give colors on their guild banners.
Also it will be cool to see the guild colors & armour colors of our enemies.
3 Let us see who of our allies or enemies claimed the keeps/supply camps.
And show the guild colors & emblem on the guards.
4 Guild Cloaks.
PS : sry for my bad english
And in name of our guild ppl..“thx for the great game”.
It started 10 years past
With some friends we created a RPG guild in Dark Age of Camelot for Sylvan race only.
Sylvan race is the same race like we have here in GW2.
Our guild is www.celticleafarmy.com (Celtic Leaf Army)
Celtic : Because we joined the realm of Hibernia ( Celtic Mythology).
Leaf : Because all our members where Sylvans and got leafs on thier heads.
Army : Because we where RVR focust (Realm vs Realm).
After many years we played with he guild other MMORPG’s (WoW/AoC/D&D/WAR/TSC).
But not one MMORPG with a Sylvan race.
So… the WvW & the Sylvari race pushed me to play GW2
Many of our old DAOC members joined us also in GW2 with a Sylvari race (ofc also our CLA members from other MMORPG’s).
Big thx to give us acces to this great race.
Big thx for our old school feeling.
