Obviously I go into this knowing that some players will be very upset. That’s why it’s such a tough decision.

Ankdarkwolf, Darkmikau, Ballads, Spira, Caerbannog, Cysgod, you each posted a variant of an accusation I’ve seen many times over the past few months on the forums, something along the lines of, “AN shipped half an expansion with HoT.” I take issue with that. We shipped a new region full of content, a new mastery system, gliding, guild halls, a new profession, nine new elite specializations for existing professions, and more. Then we shipped precursor journeys for existing legendaries, and said, “We’ve been working hard on new legendary weapons, the first handful of which will be introduced in Heart of Thorns, with more to come in subsequent updates.” While I fully get that you’re disappointed today, this is not about us shipping half an expansion pack.

Fact still stands regardless on how hard your team works.
If you are selling something, sell it in the way you are promoting it.
Don’t come to the costumers with an appologize several months after they bought your product saying “i’m sorry but our priorities are different now”.
The costumers don’t care. What we care about is what we paid for – and we paid for something that was not delivered in the way you promoted it.
In other words, if you promote something, you need to deliver it – regardless on how much other promised content was delivered.

Here’s a different situation.
The merchant promotes that in their bag of fruits the costumer would find a grape, an apple and a peach.
The costumer would buy the bag, only to find that the bag is missing the apple.
The costumer would tell the merchant about the missing item and the merchant would reply with “You got the grape and the peach, so don’t complain about the apple”.
I had to use this kind of analogy because you clearly don’t want to understand what we are saying.

This is extremely Disappointing to hear/ HoT was Advertised on the motion of Raids/Legendary Weapons/Gliding, etc.

As I am sure i am not the only one whom is upset by this announcement, many of us have already farmed our Map completion/Gifts for the New Maps/Non specific gifts for New legendaries and have been waiting for the new ones to come out. Whether it be due to not liking the new ones or the new legendary being usable by a said class. What do the classes do that did not get a New HoT Legendary Weapon? As many of us who bought HoT with this in mind ? Do we if at all receive any sort of accommodations for this ? Seems rather bad business taste to have sell points to sell a product then later on change a crucial selling point/ removing it.

As always, I hope you hear the voices of your players concerns.

What We’re After

NA – Havok Groups, Organized objective-focused guilds welcome, and One-Two Zerg Busting Guilds.

EU- All play-styles welcome, Need strong guilds here that are willing to play objective-based and fight, Also looking for Commanders for this time zone

NA- Here in this time zone is where we are in need of a strong guild that enjoys objective-focused playstyle and can present a strong force in doing so. Through the support of scouts and on map guilds and working together to take enemy objectives. Havok groups are welcome and are very important to us and we find them very valuable (camp flipping, tower flipping, or small skirmishes). Also we are looking a for Zerg busting guilds that enjoys farming bags.

EU- This indeed is our weakest timezone in which we have a strong emphasis on recruiting willing bodies/guilds who play in this timezone. Sea of Sorrows EU timezone is the perfect place run a guild, whether it be objective-focused or Skill group, both are highly welcomed.

OCX- Our OCX timezone is in need of objective-focused guilds who enjoy taking enemy objectives and ensuring that our objectives are not taken. We are also looking for Skill groups to join our server who play primarily in this time zone.

SEA- During SEA we are looking for individuals who enjoy tagging up and taking objectives. Also havok groups are highly welcomed during this time.
