I recently spent 120 gems on 5 “Kite Fortunes” and was happy with the 7 scraps I got. But I was wondering if anyone knows of a decent way to obtain these Fortunes without having to buy gems? (I’m looking for the most efficient way)

Hey, I would like to join your guild, but was wondering if I had to be on the same server? I’m not a big WvW player but I am always looking to complete dungeons. I play a lot and the guild I’m in right now doesn’t have many active players that do dungeons regularly, could I possibly join your guild?
