It has been 8 days since my friend submitted a ticket to support and she’s still waiting for ‘’conclusive answer’’

Well , my friend was blocked 8 days ago , and has invited 1 ticket for support , still waiting for a ’’conclusive’’ answer.Here’s the ticket.Any more information you need i will talk with her to take.
I hope it can be solved.
