I bought it the first day pre-purchase was able and still no gems. My friend bought it 2 days after pre-purchase was released and got his gems instantly.

I did place a CS ticket but was told I bought deluxe. My receipt says ultimate and even if I made a mistake deluxe wouldn’t cost me $107.36. They keep transferring my ticket around and now I gotten no reply from them.
Like the title says it, there is a bug after the pre-purchase of HoT. I bought the ultimate edition and got everything but my 4k gems. I have receipt that confirms me buying the Ultimate edition for $107.36 USD but I was told other wise by a GM that I bought the deluxe edition. I feel $25.00 ripped off now. I still have receipt in my email.
Just wanted to know if this happened to anyone else?
