I am sure we all agree that GW2 presents a very well done game, from both an art and content point of view. And I agree with Copenhagen, and would definitely not want for less.
However, I do agree with Ocelost that the repetitive drone of some of the NPC’s is a bit grating on the nerves. Specifically, in areas where a player is most likely to spend more than a few minutes.
Perhaps one day we could look forward to a feature that allowed a player to select non-repeat for town and dungeon criers… or something to that effect.
@Astraea … your point is well stated, however, I don’t believe it’s that simple. If a speculator / manipulator wants to push a price up…they will take the one or two items that you and I are not willing to sell at their “low” buying price, and hold the supply…
There are many times that I see the listings for an item that seems should be in plentiful supply via the TP, yet isn’t. A commonly used item.
Now that I see that I am not the only one that believes this is going on, I will take more notes and come back here to offer a more concrete set of Cases for study.
Wondering if there is a significant reason that the forum topic listings have no date or timestamp. It appears that “most recent” is on top, however, it seems a bit frustrating to have to click in to a topic to have an idea of the timeframe of it.
I think this is the forum where such a suggestion would belong.
I believe it would be a useful improvement to see timestamp or date at least of a topic, on the forum main listings. A timestamp of a last post next to by whom, seems to be a bit of a standard.
What are your thoughts…?

Sounds great! And I agree, I’d rather be in a group that wants to beat a challenge the way it was intended to be beaten. However, some folks here come across quite elitist, and something like this can push some of the (even more capable) casual players out of content that they should be able to enjoy.
I wouldnt want to see this game slow to a participation that is filled with only big headed ego-centric players.
