I’m doing this Strange Observations quest and when I rejoined my group I couldn’t speak to anyone, couldn’t “relay news of Rata Whatever”, and the story wouldn’t progress. I looked into it and apparently this is a bug people have been running into. For 11 months. It was reported 11 months ago and is still an issue. Idk why this is still in the game after being brought up and reported almost a year ago but please fix it.
