What will happen to the fractal armour that is bought in the same way as current PvP/wvw via currency and marks

Will there be any adjustments to the prices for it ?
Because this change will make it pointless to get it , when for the same amount of marks you make PvP gear which you can later upgrade

I think that considering WvW has been really struggling for the last couple of months a tournament could bring back a few people have lost interest
