If you are looking for a hardcore always serious guild, then sorry this is not it.
We are a very small guild started from a group of ambitious close friends.
Guild level 25 and going strong.
We welcome all new and and casual players willing to learn and stick around, and have fun.
We usually play around Eastern/ Pacific night time.
We play mostly to have fun and also have very skilled players
We are knowledgeable in all aspects of the game and take part in everything.
We do raids on Friday and Sunday nights (At least 3 pug VG kills)

Well if fractals are any indication, if you completely remove the chances of loot, few people will run it which doesn’t really help. Having a less difficult mode with some incentive would do a lot of good for the community
Well the rewards just for trying are very little. Unless people do not consider completing the raid fun and just want to farm the shards. I still believe Gw2 raids can be made casual friendly as other MMOS have done.
With all the people complaining about the nature of raids here is my question for you Anet. Why not make raids more friendly towards the less hardcore raiders? Would it be so criminal to have a second option maybe with more time for completion or some sort of reduced difficulty but with reasonable loot chance reduction? This would allow the less hardcore folks to enjoy the fun as well. Do not forsake your casuals who have always stuck by you.
Personally I’ve been able to succeed doing it but it’s a shame so see the community going south over stuff like this.
Well I started out pvp as a thief (know a lot about the class but haven’t played it seriously in a while) but currently play a bunk/support/dps guard and sometimes war. I’ve competed in Tog, but old team dissolved.

Elementalist (know your stuff, being able to play multiple builds)
Warrior or Engineer (know your stuff, being able to play multiple builds)
Requirements:
No rage monsters, and quitters even when things look impossible.
The ability to communicate effectively and adapt to different strategies.(TS needed).
The willingness to continuously learn and grow alongside teammates
Ability to listen to and provide constructive criticism.
Leaderboard with highest rank at somewhere around 500 or better (Not too strict on this)

I main guard, and I know how to play guard extremely well. (I have 2) I play at least 3 different bunk/support specs well, as well as DPS ROAMER GUARD and DPS SUPPORT GUARD. I’m very good at switching my builds/ utilities on the fly based on enemy comps.
I haven’t had the privilege of being part of a serious tournament team yet and I’m looking for one. I’m available for tryouts.
