Guild Wars 2

So I recently hit lvl 80 for the first time in GW2 as a Warrior, and heard/read that its a good thing to start as early on as you can with getting ascended stuff, so i went and looked online on qtfy for a warrior build I liked and would love to have eventually found this one ( http://prntscr.com/f2oiqv ), but I kinda got confused at the trinket parts as i do not really know where/how to get them, i am pretty sure on how to get the weapons and armor, by crafting, but am not sure about the trinkets etc. could somebody help me with that part? like how do i get the trinkets, rings etc. do i also craft them or buy them from a special vendor?

What is the difference between the Digital Deluxe Upgrade (2000 Gems) and the Deluxe Upgrade (2400 Gems), i am planning on upgrading my HoT but got kinda confused because of the 2 upgrades, like which one is the best to buy if you want to upgrade your HoT? because i dont want to buy both, but would like to know which of the 2 is the best option to buy.
