The best thing to do is go back and level a character the long way around. You are going to be very surprised (not in a good way) otherwise in high level maps and content.

Yeah, come to think of it, my advice of going into Heart of Thorns with a fresh Ranger and no real idea how things work could lead to a somewhat painful experience.

It works like this:

Druid is an elite specialization, which is like an extension of Ranger.
So you can’t “reset” points to put into that; you’ll have to get extra points to expand the class.
Go to Heart of Thorns territories to do hero point challenges (the green symbols on the map).

I don’t know if this has been suggested before, but as the title says:

Please just give us 25 legendary insights for the tier 2 precursor armor pieces.

25 LI might not be much to long time dedicated raiders, but it’s kind of a lot to a casual raider like me.

I’m really only interested in a few pieces of legendary armor spread across all weight classes, so I have half the precursor set lying around while needing to grind 50 LI for every legendary piece from a different class.

Allowing people to salvage the tier 2 precursors would solve that problem while not being unfair to those who have already collected enough LI for more than one full set.
It would be like “exchanging” one piece for another.
It also shouldn’t be that hard to implement (…I hope?).

So yeah: Please do it for the casuals.
