Guild Wars 2

Ok thanks, I’ll just give it some time. I just wanted to play right away, hehe! The weird thing is that those js files are like 10gigs worth of data, but when I look at the folder of the game, it’s only at 500MB… so I was wondering, where did the 10gig installation datafiles go?

So I just bought the game this evening and am trying to install it—but it turns out my desktop PC’s DVD drive is busted. My laptop’s DVD drive is working though, so I copied the contents of both disks 1 and 2 to my desktop.

The files that are now on this folder are:
Gw2Setup.exe
Gw2.js0
Gw2.js1
Gw2.js2
Gw2.js3
Gw2.js4
autorun.inf

So I double-clicked this Gw2Setup.exe, and now it the active screen seems to be the Patcher screen with a status bar at the bottom saying:

Downloading: 114.40MB (123.45KB/sec) Files remaining: 255,282

Is this normal? Or is something wrong with my installation method that the files shown above were not seen by the installer or something?
