Thank you to all that took the time to write a PM to me. You have restored my faith I will be looking over the guild links that were sent to me. For now, I am leaning towards just creating a new character on whichever server I choose to transfer to.

I am searching for a guild that will actually take the time to group with one another and be helpful in terms of answering my newbish questions and take the time to talk to me about what I should and shouldnt be doing, other than just leveling.

Currently I am on the Blackgate server, but I am debating on creating a new character on another server. I was spoiled with playing EQ for 12 year and yearn for that type community/guildmates again.
