Infernal Guard (IG) Introduction
Infernal Guard is a Player vs Player oriented guild. In any Massively Multiplayer Game that features Player vs Player interactions, teamwork and camaraderie are needed to be a successful group. Our guild aims to provide just that as well as an organized environment for players who enjoy playing the game and want to have fun. As in any group of people, each player has a role to fulfill, which is something that plagues a lot of guilds and guild-leader is particular. Our way of fixing this is a robust but simple rank system where everyone can voice their opinions on things and they are also, at the same time, constantly evaluated for a rank promotion. The idea is to make the ranks within the guild equal when it comes to feedback or voicing opinions while at the same time rewarding players who are willing to take the extra step in helping with the every day works. We show our trust that way and anyone who has a rank above the normal means that he is dedicated to the guild and has earned the guild’s trust.
To touch a bit further on equality between members when it comes to voicing opinions. This guild will be run as a Democracy, in regards to certain major decisions. Not unlike a Democracy there are ranks within it that have certain roles to fulfill, this is done because the member (as mentioned above) has gained respect and trust within the guild and not so the higher ups can shove all the responsibilities to others. These people are to be treated with respect because they have earned it, getting a promotion in this guild is not going to be as simple as asking for it but you will be evaluated constantly and the impression you leave onto people will be taken into account, also before deciding the higher ups may ask other guild members what they think of you. This is done to give prestige to the ranks above Guild Member and ensure that being in those ranks is considered a privilege and not a punishment.
As with all kinds of communities, rules and regulations are a key to keeping things running.

We are currently playing on Gandara although the game’s rather rocky start made it almost impossible to recruit before forums opened and bugs got more or less fixed. No other specific bonus from joining us other than us trying to keep the whole environment relaxed and at the same time trying to enjoy PvP or PvE(when it happens).
