+1 been happening to me during the dragon fights also and in wvw too. makes the game pretty unplayable when you have to keep exiting and coming back into the game

alright i give up 6 days now…2 days after i got “help” and im still waiting for that SAME ticket to be looked into so i actully recive HELP
i have every piece of info i can provide on my tickets didnt create 8 of them and yet im still waiting
they say they are proccessing the stuff within 72 hours…well what about those OVER 72 hours are we forgotten? because i dont think its right that someone whos been waiting 72 hours is looked after before someone whos been waiting over 144 hour has a properly prioritized ticket with all the info you could need
personally thats what i thought these fourms where put up for so people who have been waiting for over the normal time,who have seem to have fallen thru the cracks of the system can get help yet it seems its just false hope…youve created these threads yet i havnt seen anything done ON THE FOURMS to help…it seems like everything thats being done is still from the support site…so…really whats the point of this? to make people FEEL like they might get help even tho its been well over the normal time frame?
i understand that most of the staff on the fourms dont have access to customer support and i completely understand there are THOUSANDS of tickets and even more duplicates that waste space and im more then willing to wait my turn but the company needs to get 1 or 2 of the support staff instead of looking at tickets they should be looking into all the complaints from people 4+ days waiting on here then look into those tickets because this is stupid ive followed every procedure laid out and recived no actual help AT ALL
anyway hope you get this sorted but after 6 days of my vaction being wasted on waiting for support to do their job im out.great game a-net too bad a good chunck of players dont get to play

ive done that actully one of the first to do so while they were being answerd last night and still got no response so now that its lost within the hundreds of posts there im giving myself this little extra to try to get a response because ive been over looked not only in the support ticket system now its on here not to mention i would like a place to talk about my problem to other people on these fourms that may be having the same problem (i dont think that thread would like people having a discussion when its ment just for people posting the problem/ticket number)…an no a hacked account isnt the same problem…im talking about being told the problem has been fixed and then seemingly being thrown back to the end of the list for god knows how long

this is beyond frustrating when your told youve been helped and your still waiting for over half a day after that…ive had alot of patience up until now but ive waited my turn i bought this game to play on my vacation and now 5 of those days are gone please look into this already i really want to play the game with my bf before my vacation is over

im using my bfs account atm to report this because i have no email account linked to my account

my ticket number is 120901-009777

the basics of what happend are as follows:
when creating my account i miss typed the email addy in some way so i have no access to log into my account ive been waiting 5 daysyesterday i got a respose saying my email was linked etc, i tried it and to no avail…it doesnt work…it still says the email cannot be found now im stuck waiting again and its been 12 hours :/ i really want to play already and dont want to wait another 4-5 days when i should already be playing >.<

as per the wiki i re submited 120905-003906

i just want my email linked to my account so i can log in i submitted first thing in the am Saturday now im being told all of saturday was done even tho i still have an open ticket from the morning of that day can i please get some help here??
EDIT: getting closer to 24 hours now…please can someone help?
