Okay, so noob question here. I have a lvl 5 Engineer/leatherworker and I have managed to craft some basic armor for myself. What I’m confused about is how I learn new recipes so I can craft other things. Do I learn these things as my craft level increases or is there some other way. Any clarification would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Never mind. I figured it out. It was in the strategy guide I had. Stupid me for not looking there first. Thanks anyways

Hello all I’m rather new to Guild Wars 2 and its crafting system has me a tad bit confused. I’ve played my fair share of MMORPGs in the past (most of them being F2P) and I never really did any crafting in them (with the exception being LOTRO). My question though is how I gain new crafting recipes. My two crafting skills are the Tailor and the Artificer. I’m only a level 10 Elementalist but I’ve managed to craft some armor but I want higher stats. The armor I crafted wasn’t that much better than what I already had so it almost wasn’t worth the trouble getting it materials for it. The only thing I liked about it was that it looked different that what I had been using. So any help would be awesome. So far I am loving this game but the crafting system is the only thing that has be confused.
