G’day.
I recently got a new phone and I want to switch over to it completely but then I came to the Google Authenticator where I have my GW2 authentication set up.
I went here to somehow disconnect it from my old phone and get it on my new one and came to the unlinking of the authenticator and no matter what I do it doesn’t work.

Enter the current code from your mobile authenticator app.
Enter a different code from your mobile authenticator app.

So I entered one code that was on my authenticator and a later one into the second field. Stated that my first code is invalid.

Then I read through everything and it said the second one has to be newer despite the fact that it says “CURRENT” on the first one but whatever I said to myself.
I entered it the other way around, current code up, previous code down, still claims it’s invalid.

At this point I was irritated (Still am) so I entered the same thing into both of them as a completely last resort and nothing.

I seriously just want to migrate my authenticator to my new phone but now I kind of question the security if even I can’t get into my own account.

Good grief man… Have you even TRIED to use a filter on a new tab? Just make a channel which only shows guild chat and whispers with combat or NPCs too or whatever and you’re done. Instead you just come by and start a homosexual and racial defending debate for no reason.

The point of the game is that your character wants to unite the entire land and all the races. That’s why no matter where you are the character is put to the side which is dominant over that area for example the charr vs the separatists or however it’s spelled. Changing that feature WOULD be nice but it would break the storyline completely and re-doing a storyline wouldn’t be easy.

No, I’m talking about exploiters in Ascalon. Notice that whenever it’s called out by a thief, mesmer or elementalist, when you enter the active mission is “Help hodgins find the first scepter” and during that phase the tunnels aren’t open, yet the user is by the end boss. It’s an exploit which uses teleportation skills.

It’s just a quick and simple question. The exploiters in the game (Mesmer, Thief, Elementalist) who sell Ascalon p1 for gold should get a report for which reason of the ones in the report tab?

If Anet doesn’t intend to fix the game I hope that they go bankrupt. The game is impossible to play at any time and you know… The main point of keeping a game community is LETTING IT PLAY THE GAME.
And if a person would start a riot over it they would most likely just block them for being rude.
It’s YOUR problem Anet. Everything was fine in summer last year and there was no lag ANYWHERE. Why did you have to go and F*** it up. Just make the game stable and playable and then people might actually be able to enjoy the content you think helps cover up the situation in any way…

At first it happened rarely but now it happens constantly. My client loses connection to the Log In server for some unexplained reason all of a sudden.

1. The first variant is that when I log into the game:
-I can’t use any skills – When I try to use a skill it just starts flashing like when you press it while doing something else and it flashes for a bit. It just keeps on flashing. I can press them all but they all just keep flashing not even auto attack does anything.

-I can move and roll all I want it won’t drain away any stamina but I can’t start combat in any way either.

-I can’t use waypoints. If I DO manage to use it I just get stuck on an extremely long loading screen that lasts several minutes up to the point where I get a white screen with an error saying that my client lost connection to the servers in general.

2. The second variant is when I start a game and use the LFG to try to find a group:
The first dungeon I search loads up fine and shows groups. Then (even if it’s maybe under a minute in the game) if I switch searching to a different dungeon it shows no parties (At this point I thought nobody was doing the dungeon) and when I clicked through them all none of them showed any parties. Even the one I checked first that had shown parties already showed nothing. This can go on without an error but usually it just shows one or more “Client lost connection to Log In server” errors after which it doesn’t disconnect me or bring me to character selection or something and I can still walk around in the game.

3. The third variant is all of a sudden. The game usually tends to not send posts I send in Party chat (When going dungeons). I just write something, hit enter, it all disappears but nobody can see anything while say seems to still work along with map too usually it seems.

Along with this it is also possible that the skills stop working and that which is described in the first variant happens and then the game disconnects me either out of the game or to the character selection screen.

I ran the game fine but then it started doing it. I hadn’t made any changes to my computer or to my internet and it just all started to happen all of a sudden.

-I guess that’s the sum up of what happens. I need this fixed since I can’t even play at all most of the time.

(I found no better place to put this in as an idea so I figured I’d post it here.)

To start, the idea I am suggesting would be a feature that would unbind the camera from your character while your UI disappears and you would be able to move around freely with the camera around the current map you’re in while your character not moving. (Maybe would get disabled for WvW) This would give out the opportunity to create movies and machinimas for people who are interested in it.
Basically without the UI and player names and everything in general a person could record with a 3rd party program of some kind without their character being in the shot.
It’s just a spontaneous idea I got while thinking to myself how the game should have RP spread out around more than it is now. (Personal opinion)

Anywho what are your thoughts of this? Good idea or bad idea?

I’m a player who likes to roleplay and also do lots of emotes and such. Altough typing in /emote quickly often leads to me missing or mistyping a letter or something.
That is why I’d like to suggest a side “action bar” which would have squares there with emotes similar to the normal action bar that is used for skills.

(Also on a personal page I’d like to ask a facepalm emote to be added. I often get into situations which fit it perfectly.)
