Okay folks, the whole reason why I play a Necromancer is because I like the “role” play and general feeling on being a Necromancer.
I got bought when i saw the awesome videos on the Necromancer skills, especially the Doom spell. However, now that I am lvl 80, I dont see ANY of the skills that match what i saw in the video, either the animation, graphics, effects, or expectation…its completely different from what I saw…..
So wtf happened? Was I lied to? Some marketing gimmic? Or I am a noob and just can’t figure it out?
Doom spell, which can ONLY be cast while in DS, the animation is nothing what i saw. What happen to the poison cloud left behind? the death scythe hovering above, the choking/suffering of a mob before death? NONE of that…all I got was a mob running away in fear…….. There is nothing “Doom” about this spell….. so wtf happened?
HEY…. THIS SEEMS TO FINALLY WORK FOR THOSE THAT HAVE PROBLEM LOADING THE TRADING POST IN WIN7 x64.
This seems to work for me.
1. Close the game client
2. Download and run http://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/rootsupd.exe
3. You’ll probably have to click ‘run’ or ‘allow’ a couple times, but after that, nothing will appear. But that’s OK, your root certs have now been updated.
4. Open the game client and try to access the trading post
