Seriously OP, take your political leanings elsewhere. Trickle up poverty is not a way to “Correct” a game economy.
You have a large player base that is casual, and not concerned with massing wealth but rather getting a few hours of gameplay in per week. No one needs defending.
Level capped Arena, embedded in waypoints/cities, would’ve been awesome, why’d they ditch it?
Makes for nice incentive & a good barometer of your PvE character. Sure you can go to the Mists, but meh.

I am a casual GW2 player and finding that as of recent, my leveling speed has slowed. I am currently in Hinterlands, 35-45, with most Heart tasks complete.
I am finding very little alternative to these Hearts/tasks for leveling, and I’m completing these tasks much faster than I am leveling in that respective area. Some nights I may only get an hour of play time, so I try to use it wisely.
What are some alternatives? Should I be checking out another zone? Leveling with different type of gameplay? (WvW)?
