Guild Wars 2

Hi,
My friend wanted to return to GW2 after ~1 year of absence. Apparently he forgot his password and can’t remember any of his characters names (he kept deleting old ones and making new ones cause he is like that). The ticket he sent yesterday was unanswered.

Is there any way form me to “vouch” for him because i do know him personally?

I read before that only one action per click is allowed.
My mouse has a special “2x” button on it that allows to double-click by pressing one single button.
I also read that it is possible to bind double-click on mouse wheel.
Am i allowed to bind double-click to my mouse wheel and am i even allowed to use my “2x” mouse button?

PS Buying 100 portal guns, opening 250 champ bags and having to switch to artificer from other professions every time in order to use luck is a pain.

Not really sure if this is a bug but…
Is it normal that during my personal story LA is burning, but everything else remains the same? The kids are happily playing, Destinies Edge are discussing their personal problems etc. This is REALLY weird to me and i think it might ruin the personal story experience for new players.

Multiple of my friends want to buy it…

FS bugged on Ruins of Surmia (EU) today again.
We killed the champs once after which we noticed the Jormags 1st phase was up. However we had only 2 min left to defeat him so event was failed.
After this no champions respawned today in FS and Jormag had no golem spawns.
Since this problem remains for many months, i want to ask if anybody is even working on this problem?

The issue was fixed on Ruins of Surmia today.
(Probably due to server restart or something)
No information about other servers.

Was fixed yesterday…
Guess what?
Friggin bugged again today.

Same thing on Ruins of Surmia since about 10 am today.
The FS is a kitten desert only with dead bodies of the mobs.
This also happened about a week ago, but has been fixed.
Please fix it again!

Hi,
For the last two days or so mobs have not been spawning in FS properly (Ruins of Surmia).
The whole map looks like a desert.(But there are still some players running around and not replying to any whispers)
I have waited near some of the spawn points for 10 min and longer, but no monsters have spawned

There is also a possibly related issue with golems not spawning during Claw of Jormag event.

Please look into these issues.
