I’m running into the same issue. He simply won’t spawn and this is the last thing I need for my collection. There are several others that park over by his spawning point in Wiley’s Cove and where the event happens and neither is happening. :/

HoT by itself did not ruin GW2. It was more the almost year of lacking compelling content both preceding HoT, and the almost year of lacking compelling content after HoT’s release. Outside of HoT’s release, the mainstream PvE crowd has had nothing new to compell them to even log in in what is nearing two years now. The Shatterer update was disappointing, and the change to dungeon rewards that came in April shouldn’t have even been required to begin with. Yes, SAB returned, but it was old content - no new worlds or much of anything at all, really.

All in all, the General PvE player base is very right to feel ignored in favor of the content meant to appease the elite. The paltry Current Events releases, while they may be enough to quiet some of the discontent players, simply aren’t enough to bandage the absolutely desperate climate the game is in now.

They seem to do their patches every two weeks now, with the next one being due on the 12th. So, if they were going to talk about it in the week before, that would be the coming week.

However, they’ve already said what they’re going to talk about next week, and it’s not the next big patch. So that puts the patch on the 26th, with them talking about it during the week of July 18-22.

Didn’t they mention that IF Season 3 comes this summer it would be closer to the end of the summer? What the hell are arena net doing? I can tell you what they aren’t doing, fixing bugs on their “ZOMG NEW PFRESSION!” yeah…Revenant has been broken in many areas since launch (hence why the few of us left refer to it as the “beta” profession) and we have had zero fixes…for all their talk about how PvP is a new priority and them pushing it, I find it pathetic that their solution for Revenants seems to be “Just play Glint/Shiro power build and you’ll be mostly ok” Ugh sorry back OT, yeah…don’t expect anything regarding news in July, hope that we see the start of season 3 mid-august

End of summer implies that we will not be seeing anything relating to LS3 until September. Given the timing of the next PvP season, we probably won’t see anything until October. Perhaps even as part of the Fall Quarterly Patch.

I can only hope that we will be seeing the Queen’s Jubilee towards the beginning of next month, if August’s Brew Of The Month is anything to go by, because that’d be the only content we would see for the next 3 months.

They have added super casual content with the Krytan bandits bounties, and the layline events. How more casual do you want it? Buy yeah, I get what you mean.

That barely qualifies as “content” and you know that.

Mmmm. No telling. Was invited to a FotM 50 group for when my GMs were done over an hour and a half ago, but… well… Still no dice.

Was tagged up leading people through guild missions. Still can’t get back in after waiting for more than 15 minutes. With the launcher completely closed out.

I -guess- someone joined my squad, not that there would have been any need for that. .-.

If the game could just let you progress by breaking the totem, regardless of whether the events succeeded or failed, then the players hijacking the meta-event for champ boxes wouldn’t be an issue.
