I handmade my own gw2 Birthday cake! It was my first time working with fondant, and I only had a barbecue brush to paint with, but I think that for a first time, it’s okay. Enjoy ?

So, for whatever reason, Microsoft is starting to tag the Support tab of this website as “unsafe” and “unsecure”???

So I have a fiery passion for the blazing beauty of the hell fire armor set. However, I also prefer the sleek look of volcanic obsdian. Tweaking the armor and excluding the correct helmet and shoulders, I drew my poor Ele, who just so happened to end up in a Volcano.

Very cute! The apples along the bottom and his smile perfect the image.

I’ve spent too much time thinking of a new ledgendary Dagger it’s just sad now.

Anyways, the dagger is based off of the Nemean Lion’s claw in Greek lore.

There were multiple ideas as to how Hercules was able to get the Lion’s coat, but to follow the theme of makeshift daggers I wanted for this was the idea that he took one of the Lion’s own claws to skin his hide.

Additional notes for the Lion was that in some stories, he was favored by the Goddess of the moon, Selene. After his death, she raised him to the sky, creating the Leo constellation. Other stories say that Her raised him out of pity for her creation, or that the Lion was unrelated to Leo.

Some of my recent pieces of gw2 art. Each of thsee were done with a simplistic program on my phone.

Piece one shows the profile of my Charr, Veshura.
Piece two shows a blue toned Mesmer of mine, Aionios.
Piece three is a silhouette of my Necromancer, Thianatos, followed by her Shadow.
Piece four is my favorite, and oldest project. It shows all five commanders for my wip “Commanders’ Squad”. Each character is property of my designers and I. Sukala Hellstorm designed by Eribban Kreigrender. Arnaldr the Immortal by me. Helori of Noon by Axivoni. Veradis Dawson by Lonely Capt. Stevens. Apprentice Eoddux by Nehfas.

Piece five is of Veradis Dawson in her Celestial Avatar state, but instead of the night time stars and galaxy look, I wanted to make her appear more sunny and warm.

So this piece took a few days, simply because I only wanted to work on it a few hours at a time. The Title for this is “Facing the end”, and shows two members of KEF in Bloodstone Fen.
The Norn is Mespearyian, a 60 year old Ranger who has seen alot of kitten stuff. The Asura is one of her adopted children, Floppy Mcgee, a.k.a “Flops”. He’s 12 and extremely talented.
I actually started crying half way through this piece, since KEF has been facing troubles with Demons, (Thankfully Eribban was brought back!) Nightmare (Ainbertach is a mean cactus), Internal Guild strife (Thanks Nierlara), and the loss of members (Farewell Ciar).
I guess this piece is also a tribute to the life of Mesp, who recently passed away.
We did come up with a quote for her grave marker—
“Died as she Lived; Protecting her Children.”
