Guild Wars 2

from what I understand, the late game is WvWvW but I prefer PVE than PvP.
There is some kind of late game that I can do without a proper guild?

So I saw this build: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cv2ux0GpejM and Im searching for a similar build for PVE.
I know that this video is old and the warrior has changed a lot since January 2013 so im asking here for a build that serve the same purposes (a DPS with survivle abilty).
I searched the builds in the “Post your build here” topic but the new builds i have seen there are (at least seems to me as a new player) only defence builds. In most of them there is not a single point in the Strength tree, so it brings up the question “where is the damage coming from?”.

I am new to this game and I opened a warrior.
I heard that this class was OP in pve so anet nerfed him.
My question is: after the nerf , this class is now balanced in pve? Or he is UP now?
My second question is how good the warrior in PVP and WvW? Maybe I didn’t search hard enough but I didn’t see any praticular advantage in PvP and WvW on other classes.
From what I understood, a warrior is just a big pile of armor that absorb damage and at last, die.

Again, I am new to this game, I know absolutly 0 about it, so I’d like to get corrections on what I’ve said about warriors cause probably it’s wrong.
