I don’t see a problem… Lol 1 min to decide haha …. Enjoy it cause the CD is 90 seconds try not using one of ur skill slots for that long in a fight… Enjoy

Wvw has too many variables… But when I am there with my lvl 70 thief I take down pugs just fine…. May it be warriors, guard or necro. But this is old news last months flavour wkittenter mesmer and this month’s flavour is d/d ele. Just play all 8 professions like I do.

It’s ok to give thieves portals. 90 sec CD, 10 sec window, uses up 1 skill slot…. You lose stunbreak or refuge or shadow step …. U will lose survivability for some teamplay.

One class has to …… Anything means there is something wrong. When every class starts to raise toughness just to counter 1 class or build …. There is a ballancing issue. Anet said they want more build diversity in every class. Meaning every class must be able to fill these roles to some extent. This dosent mean your class is not unique …. Thieves will still have highest burst, Guardians will still be the best bunkers and so on. I have seen few thieves decide to go condition build instead. In time the traits that makes this build better will be buffed. So not every thief you meet in wvw will be a b/s hs build. Culling will be addressed. Rest will be a l2p issue…. But for some reason I can’t imagine a portal for ranger….

Never fought a theif that used shortbow againt me… Only Dd or pd.. I have no idea what needs to be fixed since I have 8 character slots…. But I know I would rather have more thieves in the guild than any other profession … May be guardian.. good dd ele are hard to find and thieves in wvw aren’t really there to help fellow guildies… Since anet wants every type of build for every profession work on the culling … And tweek some support skills…. I want to see a support thief … Come to think of it people role thieves cause they want to kill other players not cause they want a good experience with other players .. ..should be renamed assasin … Aaaa do that since the f1 steals so are thieves supposed to be using stealth mechanic or the steal mechanic ?

Hei cat hope ur around this week. Sea has unimaginable numbers.. there are zergs 24/7…. Can’t shatter a lot this rotation FG needs utility mesmer since we are low on thieves atm. For desolation!

Fg from desolation was there from the reset at elona half most people left after wards cause of crashes every time more than 40 people were on screen…. Did the other servers suffer the same ? Eventally most of the guilds backed out….. Couldn’t portal bomb anything 3 of us tried it at numerioous zergs just crashed everytime they loaded into the screen… If you are the group of guardians running together …. I laged through out the fight .. how did you go down against a mesmer and a thief there were 5 of u…

These coments only poped after the shatter cat build…. The mobility is the main thing that makes u think that way… In general all glass cannon builds are op but look at the gear also…. The gear is what makes the insane burst damage viable.. fight a good ele d/d or s/d they have the same movement but much higher damage potential. You will see the next flavour of the month build will be ele after the nerf patch….

interesting. Yeah i will say that Necro needs more attention

But I do know that in sPVP, the Necro is pretty good against mesmers.

But in w3, what professions has gotten the better of you?

recently it seems the general skills of small skirmishes has gone up quite a bit since guilds run together. On 1v1s thieves are always there so I built a tanky shatter …. Having trouble against mesmers who utilize decoy and stealth very well.. there is also a few good ele s/d builds… Suprisingly their play style is quite similar to the shatter cat movement guide vids…. I fought with 1 last night and we could never finish each other off… The fight reset 4 times…. We came back to the same place to fight again lol but got whipped by b bay server zerg….. Irony …I am in desolation … I run with fg

I thought it was a bit weird that the 2 phant pistols can’t be used by mesmers lol speciallyssince considering their names

I love my mesmer more now .. thx : -) I am learning to play with portal as well. I have a tanky build lol I let the thief start his combo then spam decoy and mirror images and f2 haha he just kills him self most of the time. Now I feel I am more usefull to my guild when we run together . Awww I just read in one if he threads that one of the dev said the build is too strong and they are watching it… Here comes the nerf bat …

Haha I am not a good mesmer lol I dont use shatter strength or what ever it was called . I remember a while back the food chain had the warrior on top then the thief and everyone else just complaining about the thief . Now it’s very different lol. Are people saying the shatter build is op or the might stacking is op? Y would a mesmer use the rune of strength when there are so many other better utility runes? They didn’t buff the shatter damage… If shatter was always op y didn’t people complain about them then they did about 100b warriors and bs pw thieves..? I don’t need the might buff I don’t invest 25 on that tree anyway. The next op build is going to be s d ele… I saw a few good ele making vids and teaching the general crowd how to play the build better …. Have u guys seen vids of roaming thieves and bunker guardian ? If everyone should have portal then everyone should have hb , haste , bull rush , decent aoe healing, access to heavy mid and light armor… Axe and some balls to learn new builds … I am still a terrible mesmer but I love to see people think i am op because of other great mesmers they had to die in the hands off ….
