Monday morning. No gems. Seriously, what’s the hold up? Geez, guys, it’s the 21st century! Millions of dollars can be transferred almost instantaneously between banks and financial centers. Yet, you can’t flip a switch on my account that says “Oh! He purchased the Ultimate upgrade! Activate the one-time 4000 gem increase.”. How is it that every single one of my friends that bought this upgrade got their gems within two to ten hours? The charge is already on my credit card! It’s been authenticated and paid! So, what’s the hold up?

Bought Ultimate upgrade on Friday, still haven’t received gems. I know it says “can take up to 72 hours” but geez! I’d like to be able to buy some stuff with my gems BEFORE the weekend is over! I dropped $100 for the upgrade, planning to use my gems to buy some neat stuff from the store. It’s Sunday, and I have no gems and no interest in playing until I can get my new character set up like I want to.

Seriously, though, does it really take this long? My buddy got his gems within two hours of purchase. In this day and age of digital transactions, what could possibly be the hold up?
