Guild Wars 2

Hello, my computer has a hard time playing guild wars 2 and only gets around 7-8 fps. I am looking into getting a laptop, and I was wondering, What is the cheapest laptop that can still run GW2 and WvW with around 20-25ish fps

I attached a DxDiag, can anyone please tell me what I can do to raise my FPS, without getting a new computer?

I bought Guild Wars 2 yesterday and i am having terrible lag! I Lowered the settings as low as possible and I am only getting 3-4 FPS. I have vista 32 bit. 3 GB ram. AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2.60GHz. And Nvidia Geforce 306.97.

Please Help!
