I was roleplaying on my human the other day when I came across something that bothered me as I too RP with an Asura as a main that I had never come across before.

There was a Krewe of Asura and they, like a charr warband, were willingly taking orders from the Krewe Leader.
While I understand a Krewe Leader is incharge of the krewe, it’s just whether or not they are to give out orders as such and then for the krewe member to bend over and do what is told.
For me it just seems a little bit off considering how bubbly the Asura are and always (mostly) consider themselves to be their best boss.
So what do you guys think? Do Asura take orders?

It was there during BW3 (when you could test the Asura), when the game launched it was without it…
Honestly, it looked extremely strange with the effect in the way the Asura do a backflip and caused the ground below them to blur. This meant that we were basically hopping over the blur; yeah it looked odd.

Well I’ve been trying out the Mesmer recently, did aload of sPvP and then went into PvE to level up after thinking that the class is pure awesomeness.

I’m level 15 currently and have never once felt ‘weak’ as a mesmer. I’ve been running Sword/Pistol(or Sword) and Greatsword for range and diversity! Just poo out clones+phantasms at low levels seems effective enough to just then shattering them instantly upon hitting 3 with Mind Wreak. Nothing really lives!
Try using the leap skill (Sword #3) then drop Mirror Images down= Instant 3 illusion- Mind Wreck! Still alive? Use sword #2. Just an idea and it’s quite fun to see how quick stuff dies

Completely disagree with any statement that mesmers ‘take awhile to get good’, swap straight to Sword and just have fun with it:3

First of all, the area does have a story. By speaking to the NPC’s in the zone you learn that the Wizard has never been reported to have left the tower, the elementals are there to help (Though there is some rumors running through the town that indicates that the elementals are angry or been forced into the labour) and finally there is the old women that tells you that on some very rare occasions villagers are asked to move into the castle; naturally they are never heard from again.

The zone is rich with so much detail and shrouded is a lot of mystery, which would be extremely exciting to learn about! However an expansion based on a small village seems a little weak considering Anet have said time and time again that each expansion will involve taking down a different Elder Dragon.

My best bet is that the village will be used for an event of some kind that they will include in a Monthly event thing that Anet seem like they are doing.
