Hi Everyone,
I just moved into a new apartment and I’m getting a lot of issues with my new internet. I have Charter Internet and recently when I try to download game updates my download speed starts fine, then just goes down to nothing and I get a connection error. When I finally do get in game, I’m getting (I believe) error 7s and disconnecting whenever I open a new window (like the hero panel) or sometimes just randomly.
I figure this is on the Charter side of things and not Anet’s fault, but I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue and how they fixed it. I’m not at my home computer, so I won’t be able to take screenshots until tonight. Thanks for the help!
