I have a Windows 7 computer with these specs i get an average of 10-15 FPS in lions arch, 20-25 in low populated areas, and maybe …1-5 fps while fighting something like claw of jormag or any other group fight. I tried WvW once, got 1 fps, locked up, had to log out to be able to get anything going again. even in a few dungeons ive dropped to only 10 fps.

Tech support gave me an automated email that I am sure any one with an fps issue has seen, I have adjusted all settings to what I was directed to do so. System requirements labs website says my pc should be running this game pretty well, but its not.
Ive got everything on low, with native sampling (it was recommended that way by support) – the 60 fps shown on that screen is on the character select menu, the only time i actually get decent fps
If any one has any suggestions, comments, hints, tips please – im all ears.
