I read the Rules of Conduct today while browsing on reddit and §22 says :“While participating in Plaver-vs-Player (PvP) gameplay, you will not participate in any form of match manipulation. Match manipulation is defined as any action taken to fix or manipulate the outcome of a match or alter or manipulate the rankings or ratings of the ladder.”

So.. If you join or maintain a private PvP server with possible progression and set the rule that Red/Blue always wins, aren’t you basically manipulating the outcome of the match via setting rules and threatening bans (I still don’t know if it’s even possible to ban someone from a specific private PvP server) while providing rewards for it or does this rule (and the whole Match Manipulation thing) only apply to Ranked / Unranked Arena since you don’t really “ladder” in HotJoin (you still progress in ranks/reward tracks, but you won’t be listed in the leaderboards) ?

On a sidenote, what are your opinions/thoughts on those RankFarm-servers? People apparently either hate or love them, and I haven’t found any real discussions on the forums here either.
