70 hours to 80 with full exotic (if even possible) is not a good thing in GW2
24 and love it… although I am a bit annoyed with a few things but its nothing a good ironing wont fix

My condimancer runs a 15/30/0/25/0 spec and i aim for 5/6 nightmare with whatever will add to more bleeds on the side.
After pure cond damage ive gone for perc/tough on gear, but a few items have perc/power which converts into healing so in general, I do great bleeds with decent healing and toughness to keep me alive for those ‘oh kitten’ moments…
How exactly does power help a condition damage build?
It doesnt help any more than raising that first hit, but since anything with cond on it also has power, might as well use it.
also a good reason to go 15 into spite
Just get them to spent time in wvw, its pvp with a hint of pve (or for me pve with a hint of pvp).
really fits how i like to play. now if only my rig wouldnt go on holiday when ever 50 other players run towards me…

why the power?
being a glass cannon is very bad in gw2 for any class, go for a set like TA1 or Arch3. in jewels you will have to stick it out with a power/prec/cond
that is a 1 second bleed
so one crit which you can get about 50% chance has a 66% chance to do 100~150 extra damage, and thats only if there isnt 25 stacks already…
I think if they swapped the 2nd and 3rd downed around and made the fear a PBAoE for 2sec it would be good for a last ditch effort.
The staff5 needs to be at least 3 seconds in PvE, making it 2sec in sPvP would be fine for me…

Oh yeah also combine well of power and corruption into one well and fill the void with a well that fears for 1.5 seconds every 3 seconds for a well duration of 9 seconds (45 sec – 60 sec recharge)

first time though a path a day you get 60, then every time after on the same path you get 20

I think they should remove gold from the bank if not enough is onhand, and if not enough in the bank then just let people rez for free.

AoE Looting… I do miss leveling in Rift at times. That was just wonderfully helpful after AoE killing, although being able to push “F” 5+ times quickly does work its still annoying
leave them as they are… the really hard jumping puzzles have good loot at the end of them (or strawberrys)
Necromancers can control the minions they summon, also summoning a dead smart sentient being and a mindless animal are quite different in any lore.
Zaithan also just summons up all he can and lets them roam free
